Can the CCGX / Venus OX be programmed to send a URL / message?

My application has a poor internet connection, so I cannot use he VRM alarm (https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/14795/can-vrm-send-an-email-if-generator-fails-to-auto-s.html) for a generator start. However I have quite a reliable LAN on site and would like to use this to start a generator which is 1 km away from the VE battery inverters and a CCGX. Can the CCGX generate a message that is being sent by LAN?

You Might want to look at MQQT. and then USE a client raspberry pi to pick up the message and pass it on to GPIO ( Python/MQQT) to trigger a 12 V relay
