Multiplus 24v 3000

Was updating the firmware of the Multiplus 24/3000 using VictronConnect and an MK3-USB. This failed halfway, and since then the inverter showing LED lights solid on. I tried redoing the update with VE.Configure with no success, at this point the MK3 won't even see the inverter any longer. A victron engineer came over to try and couldn't update it either

Is there a way to get the inverter back to the old firmware

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

It may be possible with VE Flash...

But the unit may also have a fault. So if you are not successfull with flash, you sent the unit for an RMA warranty claim.

Can you switch off the DC / Battery connection? I mostly have a problem to run the Update on a MulitPlus-II when the VE.Can Cable is connected...

The unit was inverting alright until the updates started.

You have disturbed something that was working. There may have been an issue and now it has come to light.

If ve flash does not work than you will have to return it to be checked out.

Disconnect all other comms to the unit and try with flash.
