MP 48/3000 GX update issue

I have updated my MP 48/3000 GX to the latest firmware-version 2.92. Since then, my connection to the remote-console and to VRM are lost after approx. 15 minutes. A reboot via ssh helps for another 15 minutes. Is there a way to solve this issue? Setting the unit back to factory default would mean, that I might need a grid-code-password.

Any help is appreciated!

It is possible to boot up from your previous version.
Go to the Firmware section and choose "Stored backup firmware"

Then choose your previous version and "Press to boot".

The firmware running on a GX device does not affect the firmware running on the MulitPlus section of your unit, your grid code settings will not be affected by the GX.

Thanks wkirby for your quick response.
Unfortunately, there are noh backups of older firmware-version available.
I might go the hard way and will return from venus-OS large to the standard version and then backwards. This means, all my flow within node-red are lost, but anyway, this system should work as before again.

Hi @Wilm

I answered something similarr a few days ago. Not quite the same, and the guy didn't return to say how he went. But who knows, maybe fw has an addressing quirk? https://community.victronenergy.com/questions/181182/colour-control-gx-wired-connection-stopped-working.html?childToView=181307#answer-181307
