VDO transducer 4-20mA connection to GX140 not working

connected VDO transducer from watertank as described, 0mA not working someone has a clue to resolve this? seems to do something with the output from the transducers.. see my electrical connection attached with spec's schermafbeelding-2023-01-24-194915.jpgfrom VDO, someone has an answer maybe get some additional electroninvs with it?

The sender photo shows it is a 12V unit and your drawing shows you ha e connected 24V. If the info is correct you may have damaged the sender or it may have some sort of fuse that may have blown.
