Hi, would this work?
1 PV array with feed cable going to a junction box where 2 Bluesolar Duos connect. The first duo goes to 2 lead acid batteries, the 2nd Duo goes to 2 Lifepo4 batteries. I could add diodes in the junction box if required.

PV panels cannot be shared by multiple controllers. You need 1 array per controller.
What would work is
PV into controller into battery bank and then charge second bank from first using Orion DC:DC charger.
Not clear why you want duo.
