Battery Protect Li-ion shutdown voltage

Hello,

I am installing a 550Ah Lifepo battery in my boat. The battery is managed by BMS and connected to a Multiplus 12/3000W/120-16 nd a 220A Smart Battery protect for the DC load. The BMS uses control lines to start/stop the Multiplus AC inverte and the Battery protect DC Load depending on Battery status.

The Battery protect is set in Li-Ion Mode C : fixed pre-setting 10.00V Shutdown and 13.0V Restart, Alarm desactivated. The parameters cannot be changed in this mode. The Smart menue shows the Battery voltage status and the connection status.

When i tested the LifePo system at high load up to 260A in the AC line while only 3A in the DC load) , the Battery Protect shuts down the DC Load while the BMS and the Multiplus correctly continue running. This happens only when the battery voltage drops to about 12.0V.

When lowering the AC load, the Battery Protect reconnects the DC load again.

What setting do I need at the Battery Protect to avoid this shut-down ?
