Hi all
Having some issues while trying to update my firmware on my multiplus via the victron connect app (via USB dongle on PC), after restarting the app it says failed to detected please force detection, Which I do and that takes me back into a loop of trying to update and the update failing.
Ive managed to reset everything via the VE config tools app, but still on a back level firmware, I know thats not bad, but It means I cant change any settings, such as battery type etc.
Anyone offer any help on why im getting this error?
