SmartSolar 150/85 Mosfet

SmartSolar 150/85 production year 2016.

Are Q100, Q102 and Q109 same type of Mosfets - IRFI4321 as others?

What else can be burned? Any Schema of this part?

No Idea, the only way to know is to open a similar unit and check, or just give it a go -

As far as I know systems electronic diagrams are NOT released

It's always the same so i stated now with the easy things like all inputs and outputs of the Cerbo GX ;-)

Next will be the power input.

Just buy a new one, that one is toast and they are not serviceable devices.

Ordered new 250/100. If this will be fixed will have spare one or for another 5kW

If those transistors are all in parallel then they would most likely all be the same.
Check the gate resistors and work back towards the gate driver to check that too.

As said before, no schematics are publicly available, so you'll need to work it out from the PCB yourself.

Seams that all Mosfets are the same IRFI4321. Already ordered replacements. GAte resistors are 10 oms and all are OK. Will post repair results
