Multiplus does not run from battery

Hey, I have the multiplus 48/500/6-16 and it is currently connected to the Grid and everything runs great. and when I cut the power from the AC input,Multiplus turn off and LED's are off .

(if I want to run Multiplus just with batteries, does not work )

batteries are full charged 100%, and When I tested the voltage on my batteries ( Or on the multiplus DC input ) I get 50,20V.

when the AC input is Connected ( with Grid), I can charge batteries and also can descharge them in AC load (AC output from Multiplus)

I did not have this problem last Week.

Please if someone can help it would be great. Thank you.

Make sure the Multi is in the ON position, not CHARGER ONLY.

That rules out any BMS's being involved.

Does the GX/VRM log any alarms/events - low voltage etc?

Is the UPS function enabled?

50V is quite low for a fully charged set, are you sure the voltage isn't dropping at cutover and the inverter is shutting off?

What are the inverter/charger settings from veconfigure and how does that compare to the manufacturers specs?

I dont have any BMS connected.

and No alarms or events for low Voltage in VRM/GX

the UPS function is selected.

I tried it at cutover and there is no drooping VOLTAGE.

I didn't changed any settings from veconfig, and just using default parameters that matching battery specifications

As mentioned below, your battery is 50AH at 48V not 200, so please set the charger accordingly, unless it was a typo.

In case I am misunderstanding you, you shouldn’t use default settings, all charger etc settings should be customised according to the battery spec sheet.

edit: a quick google showed the following charger notes for the battery.

Buffer operation: (e.g. UPS applications) max. 13.7 to 13.9 volts, without limiting the charging current.

Cycle operation: max. 14.6 to 14.9 V, initial charging current must be adjusted to approx. 0.4 C (constant charging voltage).

Looks like a 48v 50ah batt.

True, he has mistakenly totalled AH rating.
