Multiplus current draw when VE.Bus BMS low cell voltage is triggered

Hi 24/3000/70 Multiplus with VE.Bus BMS and two 100Ah smart lithium batteries. I was surprised to see the Multiplus is drawing 5W when shutdown by the BMS due to a low cell voltage in the smart lithium. Is this normal?

Turning the physical switch off on the multiplus drops the current draw in the system to ~2mA (power to the smart battery protect and BMV712).
