Instructions for replacing the GX card in EasySolar-II

I'm told there are instructions for replacing the GX card in an EasySolar-II.
Does anyone know where they are / how to find them?

It's a 48/3kVA ES-II if there's anything specific for that model.

Cheers!

Hi @Diamond,

I have asked a colleague to look at this for you, but there might be some delay.

Thanks Guy, I haven't got the card yet - thought getting in early with the question was a good idea, and you've confirmed it was a good tactic.

Haha.

Cheers!

It's a new model, will still be covered by the 5 year warranty. Must go back to a Victron dealer to be fixed.

I'm the installer.
Victron are providing the GX card under warranty.

The changeover is classified by Victron as able to be done onsite.

To minimise the disruption to the customer that's my plan - otherwise it's a week or more without power for him while the unit makes the trek from his place to the service centre to then wait for repair and back to site.

Then you need to go back through dealer/distributor.
