BMV-712 SOC Relating to Volts and Amp Hours Used

I have been using my new BMV-712 for the past few weekends. I am getting the following values and am a bit confused why my voltage is reading under 12 when it says I've used around 60ah on my 195ah capacity bank. The SOC and the amp hours consumed seem to be correct but I don't understand why the voltage is so low.

100% SOC - 12.7v - 0ah consumed

65%SOC - 11.7v - 66ah consumed

I am just running a fridge/freezer mainly and that seems to draw around 5-7 amps. When monitoring my BMV-712 I seem to be averaging 4-8 amps in the live data. How long should I expect this to last on a 195ah deep cycle 4D battery?

Either the battery wasn't fully charged or it is in bad shape and doesn't have more capacity left.
