Does EasySolar II 48/3000/35-32 MPPT 250/70 GX work at 120V/240V ?

Does EasySolar II works with a AC input 120v/240v ?

L1: 120V
L2: 120V
Neutral


And how about the AC output? I will be able to use the same 120V/240V ou just L1 240V and a Neutral ?
