UPS über i2c abfragen

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe den Raspi mit Venus OS an einem UPS_HAT_B laufen (https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/UPS_HAT_(B))

Ich habe in der u-boot/config.txt dtparam=i2c_arm=on ergänzt, das fand ich hier im Forum, um i2c zu aktivieren. Nach der Anleitung im link oben müsste ich nun p7zip installieren, apt-get ist aber nicht bekannt und wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe wäre das auch nach jedem Update des Systems wieder weg.

Wie bekomme ich die Abfragemöglichkeit der UPS dauerhaft ins System? Vielleicht sogar in die Oberfläche? Ist ja immerhin ein Energiemonitor ;)

Suggestions:

1. Try just 'apt'

sudo apt install p7zip

2. Unzip it on your local machine then copy the files to the correct destination on your Pi using your favourite transfer tool/method.

3. Open the python file, select and copy it's content, then 'cd' to the correct destination then use 'sudo nano INA219.py' and paste into that file.

Hi, nachdem das nicht ohne weiteres ging bin ich nun endlich dazu gekommen, nochmal in Ruhe zu testen und zu recherchieren.

Das system unterstützt leider weder sudo, noch apt.

Zum installieren von paketen steht leider nur opkg zur Verfügung. Das python script benötigt aber smbus und opkg install python3-smbus meldet:

* opkg_prepare_url_for_install: Couldn't find anything to satisfy 'python3-smbus'.

Ich vermute, das wird man nicht umgehen können oder?
