EV Charging Station wrong Power

Hi

I bought and connected the EV Charging Station. But now I noticed that the charged energy is not calculated correctly. Far too much power is always displayed. therefore the calculation of the charged KWh is not correct.

Yes, I have the same problem, albeit with a single phase.

I already started a thread about it.

What I can say is:

  1. the power is apparently calculated using a wrong voltage with the correct current; in my case, actual voltage is usually 240-246V, while dividing the EVCS reported power by the current usually gives 208-220V; this is clearly visible on the VRM
  2. the power is not updated when changing the current: switch from 6A to 8A or more leaves the reported power at (wrong) 1250W or so... while the AC Consumption graph clearly updates itself as in your screenshots
No answer from Victron staff yet, but it was during the the holidays, so...
