mutliplus turning off and on at night

We have a off grid system with 2 Fronius primo 8.2, 2 Multiplus 48/5000 and 8 Pylontech 2.4. Everything runs smoothly until late evening when the multiplus randomly turn off for a minute or so then turn back on again. The batteries show no fault and no alarms are triggered, however it does seem to be knocking them out of sync. We are really struggling to find a reason for this to be happening. The AC loads on the system at the time are pretty low being around 150/200 watts.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thankyou

Try looking at your AES settings with the configuration app. You may find the AES is set to pulse, instead of modified sine wave.

Thank you for your advice, it seems to have worked. No more random shutting off and on.
