Are these screen readouts correct

Can anyone tell me if these look like normal readouts on an easysolar screen readout. I am getting confusing answers from my retailer.

Ess sustain

Alarm low battery

Battery 98%+278w 51.5v

Solar ess 189w 183.6v

Output 208w 207w

L1 in 241w power +209w

Yield 0.26kw today

Sorry to ask but I am unsure if this has been setup correctly

This is from easy Solar 2 3000 gx 250/70 48 volt.
I have resolved some of these now. But still showing low battery although 100% charged. Also this easy Solar does not show up on devices. On victron connect. Or on victron vrm. Any advice may be useful.
