My mppt 100/30 smart controller pairs but does not show up on device list. Restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app and unpaired and repaired my device. I don't know what else to try.

My mppt 100/30 smart controller pairs but does not show up on device list. Restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app and unpaired and repaired my device. I don't know what else to try.

The list change when pairing but the device does not show when the app searches for it.

Make sure your phone is connected to the internet when you are connecting to the smartsolar MPPT unit as a update maybe required.

please also unpair the unit reboot your phone

Then open the Victron connect app (the unit will auto pair so dont pair it first), if a update is asked for please update, it may ask to update two times
