Error "dup-95" while upgrading MPPT controller

I have 2 chargers 250/60. They were in version 1.37. While upgrading to 1.39 I got this error:

Anyone knows what it means?

Did you try just to do the update again? Sometimes this works. I don't know this specific error message.

The MPPT version reported is now the new one, 1.39. Apparently it is upgraded. But I would feel more comfortable if this error code is explained. I can't find any info about it. Furthermore, I also have upgraded another MPTT, 100/20 and the error was not reported. Note: this MPPT was connected to Venus via USB-VE adapter.
