BMV700 error message & two wire generator auto start

Hi,

I’m still familiarising myself with my system. I have the error message: BMV 700 - low SOC: 10%. Is this just a low voltage alarm?

Also, I installed a two wire switch and was able to start my generator from the Color controller. It is programmed to start automatically, yet failed to start when the batteries were low. How can I check over the programming to see that it is still in effect and the generator should be starting automatically?
