Cerbo will not power up

My cerbo worked great this past year but when I went to do a system check as we were de-winterizing, I found no power and the fuse blown. I replaced the fuse but still no power. I get 13 volts off the battery at the terminal to the cerbo but it will not start.

I think you have to contact the seller from whom you bought it to get a replacement.

Something caused it to draw too much power and blow the fuse.

Disconnect all unnecessary connections (HDMI, USB, Analog inputs) and try again.

Tried this also but Cerbo GX still will not power on with nothing attached.
