Updated Firmware and ve.config through VRM portal. when I'm charging the red grid square is blank and I dont see my multiplus as a device on the list? Did i install wrong?

Did it show up before you updated firmware?
It's my understanding the only way you can see a MP on VC is with a MK3-USB or VE.Bus smart dongle. When using VC for VRM, it does not show up as a GX connected device under VRM like VE.Direct devices do.
I have a Quattro connected via VE.Bus, but it's not visible.
