My colour monitor shows a blue Victron screen but no data. I have tried pressing the 2 top buttons for a reset without success. I have also disconnected power to try to force a reset. It is connected to a 24v/5000w/120A Quattro with solar, genset and shore power inputs.
Guessing you mean Colour Control GX when you say colour monitor.
Is this a new installation, or a new problem on something that was working?
This is not a new installation. We have just returned to our barge after 2 or so years absence due to Covid 19. This is a new problem
This can be sorted by a factory reset in some cases. Or using the same procedure to flash it with a new updated firmware.
If it does not work the first time, give it a few goes before taking it in for a warranty checkup.
