Hi all,
I have a MultiPlus 12/2000/80 charging a 3P4S EVE280 LiFePO4 battery pack.
The Multi is connected to grid and configured to charge at 80Amps.
AC limit is set to 5A@230V~
DVCC charge limit is set to 100A
As soon as I plug in grid, the Multi starts charging with 50A instead of 80A
and after a few minutes it drops to 25A, then to 10A and 5A.
Any hint is much apprechiated.

Does your battery have a BMS and is it current limiting?
Just because it is rated to 80A doesn't mean it will charge like that, are there other loads that it is servicing at the same time?
None of mine charge at the max rated capacity, so I have always wondered how this is decided, there must be an internal limit to allow for other loads and functionality.
A bms can choose to limit charge current for various reasons including cell imbalances.
If you check the bms limit charts for ccl and cvl you will see if it is reducing it at all.

The battery is protected by a DalyBMS which charge limit is set to 200A.
AC and DC loads are just a few Watts.
Thank you so much for pointing me to the BMS, it was indeed limiting the current to 5A due to 99% SOC, which was comnpletely misscalculated.
