multiplus compact 12/1600/70 control without CCGX

I would like to read and control the multiplus compact 12/1600/70 without CCGX. As mentioned in the datasheet, we can use VE.Bus to NMEA 2000 interface to control it. Can I do it without CCGX, is it possible? Please let me know.

Did you manage to do it without the CCGX?
