No. (it is not the designed or recommended connection)
The mk3 plugs directly into the inverter VE bus. This is for programming purposes.
After programming you can connect the Cerbo to the Inverter with the normal ethernet cable from the VE Bus on the inverter to the correct port on the Cerbo.
