Hi all to those using ModbusTCP to read out solar charger data.
The latest Venus OS version, v2.80 removed that data internally and as such it was also removed from ModbusTCP. Which already was a bit difficult decision at the time, since it breaks things that might not be easy to fix (ModbusTCP programs in customer installs), and looking at it more closely it also makes it impossible to do a range query.
So, be aware: we're looking at this and expect to release a fix soon. Should be a matter of several weeks max.
Meanwhile, it is ofcourse possible to keep running Venus OS v2.73. Reverting can be done using the Settings -> Firmware -> Stored backup firmware menu as well as by following instructions in the manual on how to download a firmware and install it using an SD-card or USB stick.
