Zigbee ET 112 connection

We have connected an ET 112 energy meter to the Zigbee setup. when you go to the Energy meter settting on the CCGX the energy meter is not visible.

First Questionis there any way of establishing if the ET 112 communicates with the Zigbees?

Secondly what indicates that the Zigbees communicate with each other?
