CANvu GX stuck on "Hello World" Screen

Just installed a CANvu GX, and it is stuck on this "Hello World" Screen, I can scroll thought these three screens but it doesnt seem to want to do anything else, have updated everything on the VEbus, just a Multi charger inveter and a 712 battery moniter, any ideas??
