Victron Qauttro (x3) with Fronius 3phase (x1); Zero feed-in per phase not working.

We have installed a 3-phase system consisting of 3 x Victron 8 Kva's and Fronius Symo 20.0-3-M. The phase’s are not balanced by default as loads don't draw at same time. The problem is now that with one phase drawing higher loads than other two, the Fronius is throttling to the highest phase from loads, the two other phases (equivalent to the one or more loads being fed by Fronius via the Victron’s) then is being feed into the grid past the Victron energy meter.

How can we limit this feed into grid?picture1.png

Tcp is enabled, PV inverter has been assigned, but at the TCP finds no IP address. Even if we enter the address in manually it does not change the feed into grid. All settings on Fronius match. Out of ideas to try and make this work.

@Jaqibar

Is it actually feeding back, have you checked with an independent source?

You could be looking at phase compensation.

My next question would be, are all the components updated to the latest firmware?

Yes, we checked on utility provider meter and generator display (gen is switched to manual so not to run). Have tried both options on the ESS and found that in Individual Phase Regulation and Energy meter set to Single phase gets the phases closer to each other, but then throttles the Fronius too much and pulls more from grid and reduces the charging down to about 700-800w (battery @80% SOC), even increased the Grid Off-set quite high with no results. All components are running the latest possible firmware’s. It seems if the Fronius cannot compensate its phases enough to reduce or increase apart to meet different load values per phase. There for it provides (Generates) power to the highest power value on loads and feeds excess power to grid, even with ESS set to zero feed back.

After installing an Smart Shunt and removing the communication from BMS to GX, Problem has gone. Waiting on BMS upgrade, then will reconnect BMS.

I am very interested as well on how this was resolved with removing the BMS. Please let us know.
