I have a bank for four batteries that are in series/parallel which equals 24 volts (4 - 12v batteries). How can I monitor the midpoint?

You can only monitor the midpoint of one of the strings.
Alternatively, while it's generally not recommended by most manufacturers, you could parallel the 12V first and then series the 12V pairs. This would cause one 12V to mask any issues its parallel mate might have, but it would allow you to see the midpoint voltage of the bank.
