How to connect multiplus to cerbo gx

I used the ve.bus/RJ45 to connect the multiplus to cerbo gx. But cerbo gx doesn’t detect the device. Did I miss anything? Thanks in advance.

it should just pick it up and show the multiplus - Please make sure that both units are on the latest firmware.

also have you got a orginal VICTRON VE.Bus cable.

Knowing what model mutilplus and FW thats on your the units would also be of help

Make sure the Cable is plugged into the VE.Bus Port on the Cerbo

Thanks, Paul. This issue is solved. I was plugging in the network port instead of ve bus port, both are rj45.
