Is it possible to use an automatic transfer switch to switch a PV inverter between grid and AC-out?

Hi,

I would like to use a PV inverter to feed the grid exclusively when the grid is up and when the grid is down switch the PV output to the multiplus (AC-coupled then) so that it produces to feed my loads locally.

I would like to use a Victron VE transfer switch to do that (see circuit).

Is it possible? How to control the switch depending on grid state?
