50 x smaller pv-kits in one live monitor solution

We are putting together 50 x smaller pv kits containing 2 x 50W or 2 x 100W modules, a regulator (75/15?), small agm battery, cables, mounting materials etc. We need all these kits to send live charging data to one united portalview/dashboard (vrm?) Any tips on how to set this up?

Hi; as @WKirby said, each site needs to individually send it’s data to VRM.

Then, make one user account, for example monitoring@solcellespesialisten.com, and add all 50 systems to that.

You’ll then have a nice overview.

I don't think a single VRM "site" is designed to gather multiple installations or kits in one. Each VRM site is based on one VRM ID which is the gateway device ID

You'd need to have a gateway device (CCGX) for each installation and have each as a separate VRM site.
Remember, you can use a RaspberryPi instead of a CCGX to fit in with the budget of each kit.

You might want to look into Victron’s LoRaWAN product.

It might take some setting up, depending where you are but it will be the most cost effective solution on the market for monitoring many small systems.
