Where can i find the VRM Portal ID on my EasySolar II GX

Hello,
am trying to add an installation of my EasySolar II GX and i cant find the correct VRM Portal ID.
The VRM ID showing on the device sticker does not work. Also this VRM ID is exactly the same as ETH MAC. Is that normal, what am i missing please ?
Any help is really appreciated.

What error message do you get?

Yes VRM ID = MAC address

here's the error, knowing that am using the exact code which appears on the easysolar II GX.

Is the GX device connected to the internet?

Try to connect to the remote console of GX device locally and look into the VRM Portal menu.
