Above is the link to the configuration software for the converter. It looks like pin 2 is intended as an output. However, if you have it configured as an input, I think it safe to assume it follows the same rules as pin 1. (if >2V, the unit will enable if the supply voltage is >= (adjustable) volts and any blocking is over). This should be tested first.
You then need to find the charge control relay output from your BMS (type ?) and arrange that this pin is grounded when charging is disabled and pulled up to the input voltage at other times.
