Hello, I have an existing Phoenix Multi Compact 24/800/16-16, I have just installed a Cerbo GX and connected the Multi via the VE Bus but i have randomly started receiving error 14 and the inverter goes into fault until i turn the unit off, remove the VE bus RJ45 on the Cerbo connecting the inverter for approx 10 seconds and then turn on the inverter. This resolves the issues for a day or two.
I have tested the RJ45 connections between the Cerbo and Inverter which is pin to pin. The firmware is very old "141" however when I load the VE connect software using MK2 lead it does not appear to find the intverter. (note connected directly using RJ45 with the Cerbo disconnected)
Also do you have a link to the correct firmware and should i update in stages as the Cerbo is reporting latest version is 209 but not upgradeable guessing due to how old the installed version is.
