VRM Color GX - change admin

Hi @Daniël Boekel (Victron Energy Staff)

I have seen on previous posts you have helped people to become admin of their Color CCGX. I am in same position - please can you send me further details on gaining full control? I have no reply from the dealer

@Daniël Boekel (Victron Energy Staff) would you also be able to help me with same issue as above. ive tried contacting UK sales and proffesional support on getting access to the VRM device ive bought recently. Its setup on another account and the seller has said its been removed.
