CERBO MPPT CAN not coming up on device list

Cerbo with BYD battery bank and MPPT CAN. All works well except the MPPTs dont come up on the Device List. Terminators in as per the manual. @Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager) Changed the Buad rate back from 500 to 250 and the MPPTs came up on the Device List. (eh,, and the BYD stayed there as well. Does BYD now offer duel fuel?)

Hi,

connect the mppts to the VE.Can port, and set that (or leave it) to 250kbps VE.Can profile.

connect the BYD to the BMS-Can port, which its not possible to choose any profile, since its fixed / unchangeable.

then all should work well. No issues, bugs or anything like that around this.

if it doesn’t, standard trouble shooting applies: exchange cables, next the cerbo or the mppt, and so forth.

(and first make sure to run latest official fw on both the mppt & the cerbo, ofcourse)

hope that helps!
