Venus GX Dead ?

Hi all,

I have a Venus GX which worked for several months but seems 'dead' now.
When booting (power cycle), the red/green LED flashes very briefly and the network connector green led also. After that no other sign of life. No LED (no green, no red), no network activity.
I have disconnected everything but power, tried to press button for 4 seconds but still no sign of life.

Any suggestions ?

I think the only thing you can do is to get in touch with your dealer to start a RMA.
