VE.Net Blue Power Panel & Genset

Dear All,

I have VE.Net Blue Panel, Quattro 12V/3k Watt/120 Amp and Northern Light 5kW Genset. I am having problem getting electricity from Genset.

Context

I bought a used Catamaran with above setup and few days ago, the VE.Net Blue Panel received electricity from Genset but at the Panel, it shows as Shore Power input instead of from Genset.

However, the most recent problem is that the boat/Panel is not receiving electricity at all.

I am sure that shore power was physically disconnected in those occasions.

Questions

Is there any switch or place that I need to check to ensure Genset is sending electricity through? I did voltage test at Genset, so I know it produces electricity.

From the Quattro manual, I understand that the inverter has auto-sensing feature so it should draw electricity from Genset whenever Shore Power is off.

Is there a fuse, breaker that require manual operation that I am missing?

Btw, the setup works fine when I am on shore power.

Thanks
