I have 3xQuattro 10K , cerbo 30 KVh Pylon, EM530, no PV, configured in Grid Paralel, ESS to assist when loads are larger than "peak shaving" limits, from AC-in1, not using ACouts (grid paralel).
We are using this configuration and work fine when we source power from Grid
When we try to serve same loads fom a 3P Generator instead of Grid, with same configuration, inverters go on and off. We supposed that adding weak signal in Inverters thru Ve-config could help, but with same reults.
Note: generator works fine in grid serial configuration using Peak Shaving through Power Assist, without need to use Weak Signal feature.
So we are wondering about what can be going on and solve, as inverters fail to recognize inputs and flip from off to on, not helping to assist as with grid power source.
