Hello

i am looking for the procedure to upload data from a USB Stick

Where is that documentation?

I am running a Raspberry PI 3B+ without Ethernet, need to upload the data to the VRM Portal

Also ... could the data from the USB Stick be uploaded to MsAccess or Excel?

i found the information in the section 2.2 Logging data for the VRM portal
