Enable remote switch for multiplus compact

I have a multiplus compact 12/1600 with a Victron 100AH with BMS fitted in my caravan. I had also fitted the VE bus smart dongle for Bluetooth. I now want to fitted a simple 3 way remote switch and have disconnected the VE bus dongle and moved the dip switches 1 & 2 to off.

However the remote switching is not enabled!

Help please?
