BMV excessive current measured

We have a site that was working perfectly fine then one day I woe up to this:

This site is off-grid and only has 1200w of solar capacity and definatly not capable of supporting nearly 1000A (shunt is a 500A model). Site actual power draw is actually around 100w and is so low the graph can't even show it due to the fault scaling the numbers so high:

We have swapped the BMV and shunt but still get the same readings. And I can confirm we have only connected cables to the shunt bolt terminals not the PCB screws.

Any idea why this would happen randomly is it the GX given a shunt/BMV swap didn't fix it and if so any idea where I can check settings/calibration?

@Terafirma Did you change the cable between the shunt and display?

A damaged cable or plug can cause problems.

Yes tried that and the VE-Direct cable as well neither corrected the issue. Didn't try a different VE.Direct port on the GX (and now its a 5 hour drive away).
