Cable Size Mulitplus 2 12v 240v

I am planning the wiring for a Multiplus 2 12v 240v inverter. The manual states 2 x 50mm2 cables for both the positive and negative and a 400A mega fuse. Given that the max rating of a 50mm2 cable is 345A could two cable be run as per the pic at 50mm2?Inverter Wiring.pdf

Where are you finding 345A? I use the orange welding flex which is about as good as you can get and 50mm is rated to 217A.

Go with the Victron manual specs. Although different cable types have different ratings for the same size, what's missing here is resistance and operating temperature, as well as how the cables are installed.
