Are there any steps or procedure available to erase local data storage? Local storage in my CCGX is full and now I need to upload new firmware which needs more space.

Hi Irfan. The 'Internal Storage' within the CCGX isn't what you need.
A MicroSD card or usb stick formatted and loaded externally is what you want to load firmware. It should be described in here:
