Missing Data

Hello,

We have faced a problem regarding the enclosed file which should have data between September.2018 and May.2019. However, when i upload that file to VRM portal,i could not reach data before January.2019. Addtionaly, existing data that we can get after January.2019 are missing. Can you please help us the reason why CCGX did not save all data.
