Quattro overload Alarm - No Ac connected

Hello,

We are trying to repair a Quattro 8KW that has a constant overload alarm.
- There is no AC connections to the device.
- When started the device makes an audible hum then sets to Alarm and cuts off AC out.
- No shorting was detected in regular continuity checks.
- We tried swapping communication modules with later firmware.

Thus we suspect a hardware issue.
Hopefully, there is a better way to repair it than swapping one board after the other until finding the source of the alarm.

Is there perhaps a troubleshooting guide for hardware issues?

What could be the likely source of an overload alarm when nothing is connected to the AC terminals?

@Power Consultant

No that is the way.

It is likely the power pack. So capacitors or MOSFET damage.

For interest sake though, why aren't you using official repair channels?
