Victron Smart Battery Protect 100

Hello, When my Victron smart battery protect 100 is turned off it is still putting out 5 volts. Any info. Is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Beth

Try putting a small 5v load on it (a USB-powered fan, for instance) and see if the voltage drops to 0. If so, then this is likely normal MOSFET gate leakage and nothing to be concerned with - see the overly simplified diagram of a MOSFET below.

If the voltage doesn't drop and the load is supported, then contact your distributor to inquire about an RMA for the unit.
